4. After giving his or her consent or, where applicable, after the expiry of the time limits referred to in paragraph 2, the data subject shall be transferred within three months. At the request of the requesting State, this period may be extended by the duration of the commission of legal or practical obstacles. 1. The application for readmission shall be submitted to the competent authority of the requested State within a maximum period of six months after the competent authority of the requesting State becomes aware that a third-country national or a stateless person does not fulfil or no longer fulfils the conditions of entry, stay or residence in force. If there are legal or actual obstacles to the timely submission of the request, the time limit shall be extended at the request of the requesting State, but only until the obstacles are removed. any other information necessary for the identification of the person to be delivered or for the examination of the readmission requirements of this Agreement; 3.
