During our discussions, we shared five main objectives: the Investment and Impact Fund (IIF) will be set up in 2020/21 under the DES network contract and will be used, like the QOF funds, to invest in labour or services, which can be done at a practical level. The contractual agreement will have several effects on NCPs – the main changes are highlighted below.
